    I started on MFP when I was pregnant with my fourth. It did help me gain less than I had with previous pregnancies and to make sure I got a good amount of protein. And by staying active and eating well I was able to keep my blood pressure at a very healthy level. With my first 3 kids my blood pressure went into slightly high every time by the end because I wasn't eating well and wasn't active. It's so easy to let yourself go when you are pregnant.

    Thanks so much for posting. Congratulations on all your hard work paying off. Loved the comment about cake especially today because I am feeling guilty for a piece of birthday cake I had today. But I counted it in my journal and I'm still under for the day, but only because I worked out this morning.

    He's definitely not complaining ;) He's my biggest support, he cooks dinner every night and weighs my food for me, he never complains when I spend 2+ hours at the gym, he actually used to be a personal trainer so I had him write up a strength training program for me. He's seriously been awesome through all of this! We've been together for 10 years and I've never been as small as I am right now and he's loved me for me through all of it.
