Hi folks

In new to the online forum, I've been doing a low calorie diet for 9 days and lost 13lbs! With being overweight most of my adult life, i have never really done anything but go-go diets - which have failed!! So here I am with a goal date and weight to allow me to start fertilely treatment. Looking for friends in the same or similar boat as me or if you just wanna add to motivate am always looking for that too!
