    cooked / frozen prawns - easily fore out for the next day and a great source of low fat / high protein.

    Bags of salad sold by most supermarkets - ordinary stuff with no added croutons or dressing to keep sodium down.

    Ice - I drink a lot of water and warm water gets a bit sickly after a while

    Fanta / Coke Zero x 6 each

    Coffee / no milk

    Green Tea

    Spinach / KALE KALE KALE!

    - lean chicken and ground beef
    - high-fiber low-calorie bread
    - organic greek yogurt, Fage specifically
    - salad mixes for 1 (my husband doesn't eat veggies)
    - red potatoes
    - lean lunch meats (for lunches)
    - 70 calorie low sodium tuna packs.
