So I just wanted to say a little hello first day on the forums and was refereed here from a different forum as a good place track my daily calories and find support. Before I was just posting daily rants about my workout the night before on a wordpress blog and just felt like I was talking to myself. So hopefully I can now reach an audience of people that are interested in getting fit and my thoughts on the process.

    Awesome dude I'm going the opposite direction..200..I do p90 as well stay with it it works..E..
