Try this: http://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/2009/12/09/beginner-body-weight-workout-burn-fat-build-muscle/
Try doing some interval running -- Run for 30 seconds, walk for 2 minutes, run for 30, walk for 2... as you get better at it add time on to the running, and reduce the walking the same amount.

Download and look at this poster (http://www.startbodyweight.com/2014/01/basic-routine-infographic-poster.html -- the down load link is under it where it says "click here") to get an idea of bodyweight progressions.
Look at this to see a basic workout using the info on the poster: http://www.startbodyweight.com/p/start-bodyweight-basic-routine.html
Plus there are tons of free youtube videos.0 -
The best exercise is something you enjoy doing. That way you will continue to do it even when you aren't trying to lose weight. Exercise will help you keep the weight from creeping back up.
Beginners......walking can be great for cardio. Learn to increase speed and distance over time. If you can't walk outdoors look for indoor "walking." This is basically low impact aerobics without choreography. Great for newbies because you can increase or decrease intensity easily. Leslie Sansone & Jessica Smith have lots of walking videos.

Beginners......body weight exercises are a good place to start. Push ups, planks, squats, dips....

The number of strength training exercises.....you want to fatigue (or challenge) the muscle. When it starts to feel easy then you need weights or some way to make it more of a challenge. Example: there are a variety of squats.....some versions are easier than others (pistol squats....ouch).0 -
Also checkout stuff like "BODY BY YOU: THE YOU ARE YOUR OWN GYM GUIDE TO TOTAL WOMEN'S FITNESS by Mark Lauren" from the library, and they often have DVDs for things like BeachBody and the like.
Remember, you don't have to be able to do everything in the videos perfectly, or as fast and often as they do. Just push yourself, and try and beat what you did the time before.0 -
