App vs Website

Hello!

I've been tracking on MFP app more than on-line. When I came on-line today, it said I hadn't been back for awhile, although I had been using the MFP app. Will the two sync so my "consecutive days" match or will I have to check in on-line also?

    I use both and they sinc. I would suggest going to the MyFitness Pal Tech support area. :smile:

    Syncing on either platform will bring any MPF page of yours up to date.

    I have a slightly older smart phone and discovered I have to force SYNC my app at least once a day.

    In the app menu pull-down (the one where you can toggle nutrition, diary, settings, etc) at the very bottom there is a "sync now" button. Even if it says "last sync 1 min ago" if I force sync it ALWAYS updates & changes something.
