STI

I have had Start-Tomorrow-Itus or STI for pretty much forever. It's a debilitating disease, which is directly linked to both being overweight and lazy, conditions that I suffer with terribly. Symptoms include weight gain, lethargy, reading a lot about healthy lifestyle and ignoring all information, watching programmes about morbidly obese people to cheer you up whilst eating multiple carbs and most commonly deciding that you will start eating properly tomorrow and eating excessively today, usually followed by not starting tomorrow (this final symptom is prevalent in all STI patients).
Thanks to myfitnesspal I had managed to get rid of my STI once and for all recently (or so I thought). I was prescribed calorie counting and increased physical activity, both medications worked wonders. Unfortunately, as is often the case, life (and death) got in the way, I forgot all about my STI meds and the illness returned very quickly.
I hope that by sharing my story some of you closet STI victims out there will realise that you are not alone in this.
I am determined to resume my recovery and will start taking calorie counting/ exercising meds again
tomorrow.

It's a very serious condition.
I think the government should pay for people like us to have a 24/7 personal trainer ...... or nanny, to be with us at all times to explain the idiocy behind the tomorrow complex ....0 -
