30 day shred or ripped in 30?

I'm 5'3" and I weigh 121 lbs. I've lost quite a bit through diet but haven't done much in the way of exercise yet. I want to build muscle so I was thinking about doing Ripped in 30, but I am a beginner and I read that it was considerably harder. Is it better to do what I can on a harder work out or should I go with an easier routine even if I don't build as much muscle?
Other recommendations are welcome too, I just wanted an x amount of time plan.

I would do the 30 day shred first as slightly easier. Then move onto the get ripped in 30.:-)0
