I've done really well w/eating lo cal an inexpensive fruits and veggies like cantaloupe, watermelon, grapes, spinach, cukes, tomatoes. I'm afraid the after the season is over I am going to have a hard time replacing these items with something that is equally lo cal and inexpensive during the fall and winter. any suggestions?
