Men's Before and After pictures

Alright, let's see if this will work...

Before, taken some time in 2008 at my wife's Grandmother's 90th birthday party. The picture that put it all in perspective and kicked my *kitten* off the couch and onto the "must lose ....(whew I'm out of breath already?!)... weight!" journey.



And this was taken earlier this year in April during spring break in Orlando. Me and the man at Legoland.


My success has been fairly straight foward. Eat less, move more, followed by "move LOTS." Currently I run 3 or 4 days each week and do a couple days of CrossFit with only one regular rest day. I exercise now so I can eat, although I rarely eat back all of the exercise calories. Now that I've been at goal for a while, Sun-Fri are managed calorie days, Saturday, which coincides with my long run, is generally when my wife and I will take the kids out for dinner and I allow myself to cut loose.

SW: somewhere around 340 lb
Low weight: 154 pounds. It was not a good look on me.
