I noticed that when i exercise, it adds back calories for me. How do i keep it from adding them back? i don't wont it to calculate calories back for me........ i just want a cut and dry , i don't wont to add calories back from exercise. Is it possible to fix this or is this just part of the program????????

Stop logging your exercise, or if its getting it directly from a fitness tracker, then unlink your accounts.
You can look in the settings for MFP, but I think it only has a setting to not allow positive calories, not negative.0 -
It subtracts those calories because you are supposed to eat your exercise calories back, because else you may create too large a caloric deficit.
If you like to keep it more simple and just eat a fixed number of calories everyday, you may like the 'TDEE method'.
