Need Help with Meal Plan

I am trying to get down to weight requirements for the air force and am now realizing I am not eating ENOUGH. I have an active lifestyle and according to MFP, should be eating around 2500 calories. Can somebody please point me in the right direction to start?

You need to give more information then that, you didn't even mention how tall and/or how much you currently weigh. Why do you need to lose weight? They'll have you doing vigorous strength days and switch between that and cardiovascular days for six days a week. Please give me some more information and I'll try to help you out.
I'm currently active-duty Air Force. I've been in for almost four years, but when I enlisted I was 6'5" tall and 230 lbs and I still made the cuts for basic-training. But with how hard it is to get in and how they're cutting manning, I'd try and be in the top tier for PT as soon as possible.0 -
I am 6'0" and currently weigh around 245....which means right now, I don't meet the qualifications. I am a lot closer on body fat than weight but I still need to drop about 15 lbs. to meet body fat requirements.0

If you need to eat more, add peanut/nut butter, olive oil, full fat cheese and dairy, butter and avocado to your diet. I could put away 2,500 calories a day, EASY. I struggle not to.0
