Hello everyone,
So I've just started doing a bit of treadmill after finally joining a gym, but I have a question - when I run, I don't tend to get out of breath and feel like I could easily run for a lot longer than I do, except my legs get super heavy and painful and I feel light headed so I have to stop after 15-20 minutes!
Will this go away as I get more used to running?

short answer: Yes. But you should really focus on learning proper form of walking (sounds weird but most ppl do not walk/run with proper form and it will end up with injuries or feeling pain)0 -
Short answers are good - thanks!0
