I am trying to get back on track after gaining 25 of the 107 lbs i lost. I decided to switch up from my normal walking to try Zumba and cardio kick. Has any one else had experience losing weight with these classes?I sweat alot from the class and haveto stop a fwe times to catch my breath, the cardio kick is really hard. But i am getting to the poitn where i am not overly sore the next day.
Any success stories, discussion on these two classes would be greatly appreciated.

I did kickboxing aerobics dvd's at home, to mix it up a bit from the treadmill. With the two combined I lost approx. 35lbs & reached the slimmest & fittest I've ever been!
I would highly recommend them as they burn a good amount of calories & also help tone up muscles you didn't know you had, increasing your strength & stamina whilst also (for me) increasing my confidence & mind power just through my improved ability - I find it to be mentally equivalent to yoga!0
