Healthy chicken marinades
Hi,
I have just started using MFP and have already learnt a lot by reading these message boards.
I eat a lot of chicken and wondered if anyone had recipes for healthy marinades for grilling or baking it - it soon gets boring eating it plain or with the same spices/herbs all the time.
Would really appreciate any ideas - thank you

Well i find a lot of marinades have tons of sodium as long as that is not an issue for you I use a lot of Lawry's marinades I have like 8 different kinds in my fridge and just put the chicken in a ziploc bag with 2 tablespoons I also use some taco seasoning sometimes or ranch packets etc 0

I live in the UK so unsure if those marinades are available here as never noticed them but will keep an eye out 0 -
