    so buy a running stroller?

If you can afford it than a Bob is a way to go. If you cannot then you can find a babytrend for less than 100 bucks from craigslist.

Try Craigslist for a running stroller. You're really going to need some wheels of some sort if you can't find a sitter. A children's bike with training wheels is another option, though your child will have to build endurance at the same pace as you are.

You can go to the high school track and set up a play area in the center for your child while you run laps. My kids would kick a soccer ball around while I ran.

Yes, you need a BOB! Search Craigslist or your local freecycle or kids consignment... I actually got one for free on my freecycle, just needed a screw that I got at a hardware store. The BOB's weight limit is quite high so you may get a couple yrs use out of it still. Love BOB's, I have 2 singles and double and I've used them through 2 babies & lots of walking & running.

I have been trying to get back into the swing of things with my exercise after I gained 3o pounds in the last year. :(
