What are your thoughts on this. I hear people have many different thoughts on this. I'm interested to hear people's opinions.

    No. Just no. It is hard for me to believe that this is not a troll post, but if you are indeed a person who is truly here for health, then extreme anything is not the way to go.

    I think it depends entirely on the medical situation - unless it's base jumping, in that case you will hear me screaming
    "I'LL ONLY EAT LETTUUUUUUUUUUCE!" the whole way down.

    It really comes down to what you call extreme and for how long.

    Considering the first post from OP was looking for pro-ana friends (that was deleted by the mods), I'd say very extreme and until hospitalized.

    Anyways... my opinion is :noway:

    I loved losing weight and now maintaining eating what I liked.

    I think people should be cautious about attempting to exercise while extreme dieting. If they're on a true "extreme" diet. they quite likely wouldn't even be physically capable of exercise.They'd probably faint.
