Getting fit for August!

Hi! This is my first day using Myfitnesspal.

So I've always tried to eat healthier and get fit, but I've never succeeded, and I really need to do it now because I have a sports competition coming up in a few months and I need to be ready. And it's a new month, so why not commit to getting healthier?

I'm not sure how much weight I need to lose, but I wish you all the best! :happy:
