    Sometimes it is "loose," depending on what you're talking about. Since you didn't specify, I'm not sure if you're talking about losing weight or loose pants -- or something else entirely.

    Also, those words should not be capitalized in your thread title. If you feel the need to make yourself look more intelligent than others by correcting their spelling/grammar publicly, you might want to check your own.
