So here's my progress picture.
I'm not at my goal yet, but I know I'm closer than what I was!
So proud of myself.
Yes, I did skip a few days.
There were times where I went weeks without working out and I indulged in junk food, but I'm proud to say I do prefer to eat healthier, and I eat smaller portion meals & don't finish my plate at a restaurant. Before, I used to guzzle down a cheeseburger and 4 glasses of soda within 10 minutes and still be hungry. Now? Well, I only eat half of my plate, barely even that and I drink water.
I do, however, still drink soda.
NOT as often, maybe once or twice a week, sometimes even less than that. I haven't cut it out completely. But I used to drink 2 liters every day.
I'm proud of the changes I've done.
I'm proud of who I am.
I encourage everyone to stay strong. Don't stop fighting for what you want! Everyone deserves to be happy with who they are.
I've lost 45lbs from when I took the before picture to after.
I wish I had a before before picture of when I first started my weight loss journey.
But during the entire weight loss journey I've participated in, I've lost a total of 150lbs.
You can do this.
Don't give up.
I know it seems like you won't ever reach it, but every day you're closer to your goal.
Every day is a new day to make a better choice and be a better you.
The time is going to pass by anyway, might as well spend it doing something you're proud of.
I wont lie, I did go to the store to indulge in a pint of ice cream some days.
There were days, sometimes multiple in a row, I did play video games while eating M&M's and drinking soda and indulging in pizza.
There were days I said "**** it" and didn't workout, even though I was ready and dressed for it, and instead wasted time on pinterest, looking for new workouts to do.
But then I thought,
why live the rest of my life in a body I'm uncomfortable with?
I did struggle with a huge anxiety factor, where I thought I was huger than what I thought.
I thought everyone would look at me and think "ew, she's so gross." And honestly, I still feel that way.
But you know what?
You can do so many amazing things if you put your mind to it.
We all mess up, we're human. It's what we do.
You can't become a better person, unless you **** up.
That's just how it is.
So if you're eating a bag of M&M's, don't feel bad. Enjoy it.
Work it off later.
If you're eating a piece of chocolate cake, enjoy it. Work it off later.
Tomorrow is a new day.
Now, I'm not saying say **** it and destroy your body today, I'm saying don't feel bad for eating junk.
Tomorrow you can start fresh.
You'll be fine, take it one day at a time.
It's not easy, if it was easy everyone would have the body of their dreams.
Stay strong, keep fighting, and enjoy yourself.

Congrats cutie! I am still fighting the cravings of multiple cheeseburgers and multiple sodas but hey, they were diet so I got that going for me, right?0

Thanks everyone!
and Wookinpanub; I heard that diet sodas can be worse for you though..
I mean, I didn't really do much research on it, especially since I really hate the taste of diet soda. But I do like the taste of diet 7up. Haha.0 -

Fantastic job! Your progress is both impressive, and inspiring. I am glad that you are proud of you, you absolutely should be!0

Thanks so much.
I hope I inspire people. Inspiring others is a great thing.
Most importantly, I want people to understand it doesn't come easy to everyone. Some people think that their dream isn't worth the struggle, and I hope to inspire people that it is worth working for.
It's even better once you've worked your *kitten* off.
I'm not at my goal, yet.
But I for one, am happy I'm closer than I was 6 months ago.
And most importantly, I'm healthier.
That's what matters.

Excellent! Congratulations - the mental change can be so much more difficult than the physical sometimes.0

Thanks hun.
I agree..
Mental change is really difficult, the hardest battles you have to face are with yourself.0
