  • I am not very good at documenting my food and exercise but maybe this challenge will give me a little more motivation. Is it to late to join?

I would love to join your challenge. I've only been at this a few days and this seems like a great way to really get going. I need the motivation and the accountability to both myself and others. COUNT ME IN!

Also looking to add more friends if anyone else needs support.

Ok, good week! I re-learned about doing too much and not eating enough! Sounds crazy, right, I wouldn't be overweight if I didn't overeat, hmm. Well, I KNOW that if I am working out and don't eat enough it's the same as overeating. My body goes into starvation mode and hangs on to every pound! On Tuesday I had a melt down with my workouts! Over the weekend I worked out AND had some major projects on my property that I did, but I didn't watch my calorie intake vs. my output. By Tuesday my body just couldn't do it..........so paid closer attention and BOOM! I lost a lb. AND felt much better, lesson relearned!

I hope all of you had a good first week. Anybody have any epiphanies as well??
