Hey what's going on everyone? I just signed up for this site. Figured I'd say hi and write a little about me.
I am 28 years old. I lived in Florida for about 7 years where I was a bouncer for the largest night club in the US. Played minor league football for a couple years and lead a very active life. But I moved back to PA (my home state) about 1.5 years ago. Since then I packed on the lbs! Never been this out of shape before! So I Just ordered P90X the order day and waiting for it to arrive. Hoping to use this site and P90X to achieve my goals before I move to Chicago in about 7 months. I am going to start back to school. Figured since I'm kinda starting a new life, I wanted to get slim and fit again.
Feel free to add me. Especially if you are from the Chicago area. I know nothing about the city. Would be nice to meet some people there before my move.

I did P90X over the summer for two months before I started school. It kicked my butt, but it was good. My husband and I started using Tony Horton's name like a swear word around our house! If you really are feeling out of shape my advice would be to do CardioX for 6 days, take a day off and then start the real program. This way you start feeling a little more in shape and can master some of the basics. It really helps set you up for success.

Thanks. That was one of my concerns! I know any new program is going to kick your *kitten*. Especially if you haven't been active for so long. So I wondering where to start.0
