workout dvd(the one's hepled you transform)

hi every one ,am a stay at home mom and cant manage to go to gym. i can only workout at home. please can you share the workout DVD's you guys had been following which were very effective.

    I am in the same boat as you - single parent and can't go to gym. I like Jillian Michaels workout dvd's and I have noticed a change in my appearance, I am more muscular and toned. Right now I alternate Killer Abs, Ripped in 30, and Six week six pack.

    I would like to lift heavy but I don't have anywhere to put the equipment in my home and as mentioned cannot go to the gym. I have tried just lifting dumbells but I am unsure of what exercises to use and how manu reps when I don't have someone telling me what to do.

    I also love Jillian Michaels. I have done 30 day shred, ripped in 30, no more trouble zones, and am currently doing body revolution.
    I am thinking about Turbo Fire or T25 next though. I've heard good things about them.
    The Jillian Michaels DVDs have definitely made me more toned and changed my body a lot.

    The DVDs that have helped are the ones I do consistently. Instead of buying a bunch and find some you like, some you hate, etc. Look for some low cost alternatives.

    These sites are great for finding DVDs....you can view video clips, read reviews, they tell you equipment requirements, etc.

    Find an instructor you click with....Kelly Coffey Meyers is my favorite. Encouraging without being syrupy.

    I alternated between Jillians Burn Fat Boost Metabolism, and her No More Trouble Zones. It completely transformed my body.

    Jillian's dvds are all fantastic; i rotate during the week and often do two in a row of RI30, Extreme S&S, NMTZ, BFBM, 6W6P, and Killer Buns/Thighs. It's to the point where one cycle isn't enough and so i usually tack on the cardio segment from One Week Shred on the back of, say, RI30 Level 2. Or just increase the weight amount and keep it to one vid for the day.

    The following are also really great:

    + Blogilates
    + Ballet Beautiful (great low impact stuff, amazing for posture, just awesome!)
    + Physique 57
    + Zuzka Light

    As the saying goes, the best workout is the one you like to do.
