Just signed up and started calorie counting seriously this week.
I am focused to make this work.

MFP takes a lot of the guess work out of dieting, it gives me motivation to exercise, especially if I've had a bad calorie day.
I especially like the iPhone app for logging food on the run

I tell everyone who wants to know how good MFP is.
After years of loads of diets that don't work or you just give up because they don't fit in with your lifestyle.
MFP works like you wouldn't believe.
I have reached my first goal of 196 lbs after starting 17-01-11 thats a loss of 26lbs.
My Goal of 182 if well with within reach now and the chances of getting there for the start of Summer are looking good.
To anyone looking to lose weight, stick with it and stay motivated.
