exercise ball

My trainer has shown me a great full body workout with the exercise ball. Question is how do I log it? I am new to this. I do not see exercise ball in any of the exercise choices. Any thoughts?

Just chalk it up to good exercise. There isn't going to be any real easy way to count that even if you find something comparable in the database.0

Is this a weighted medicine ball?........strength training under cardio?
Or a stability ball?..........pilates or yoga maybe
Hard to tell without knowing the workout. I've done both pilates & yoga videos that used a stability ball.0 -

I would go with pilates....not a big calorie burner, but a good workout. I'm thinking this..........http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1VssG3rhkWo

I use "circuit training" for vigorous exercise that I can't find in the database.0
