30 Day Ab Challenge REALLY WORKS!

About a month ago, I decided to start the 30 day ab challenge in addition to my regular workout because I saw a friend do it on facebook. I didn't have high expectations, honestly, but I figured it certainly couldn't hurt. I've always had a bit of a flabby stomach, not fat (I tend to carry my weight in my legs and butt) but certainly not toned. However, after completing the challenge I was shocked with how good my stomach looked! I even bought a bikini for the first time in over three years!

to post an image, use the left bracket then lowercase img and then right bracket. Then type in the URL of the photo. End it with a left bracket, slash lowercase img, right bracket.0
