In need of a meal plan. URGENT!

I'm a 5'9 male,170 pounds. I looking forward to losing 1 to 2 pounds a week. I'm having trouble finding healthy foods with low carbs that'll help me reach my calorie goal; which is 1800 calories. If you have any suggestions or healthy foods that'll help me reach my goal, please feel free to share.

    Vegan? Paleo? Primal? How low carb is low carb? Peanut allergy? Anything else we need to know first?

    I have no allergies to anything I just want a meal plan that's low in carbs, I wanna keep my carbs under 100gs a day. I'm new to this but I know carbs can put on weight. I just don't know how to reach my calorie goal.

    Meat isn't enough carbs for me. After eating two chicken breast or two fish I'm usually full and it's very unsatisfying even though I eat it anyway.

    Carbs will only put on weight if you exceed your calories with them. Low-carb is not necessary for weight loss.
