2 weeks... 5.75 inches all around!!

I'm no where near done but here is some progress!!

I'm a 26 year old mother to a wonderful 5 year old boy! I restarted everything 2 weeks ago! Measurements, pictures, even username on here! AT 5'3, my Heaviest was 202, 2 weeks ago i was 198.7 and last Friday i weighted in at 188.8. I went through a bad food binge and most of the weight lost was water weight but some of it wasn't! I didn't get to weigh in today but i will tomorrow! I'm feeling pretty damn good about these pictures!! 9.9 lbs down 34 more lbs to go!!

Great progress in such a short period of time. What did you change to achieve the results so quickly?

Honestly, NOTHING CRAZY... i make sure i stay with in my calories (1,510), stay active about 4-5 times a week, I like walking and just got into jogging! I'm doing this 30 day squat challenge also! I'm in a few challenges to keep my accountable and motivated! I try and watch my sodium intake the most! I'm a very bloated person and that helps a lot! I eat every 3 hours, Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner! I try and get 8-10 cups of water a day!! I do have problems with food binging on the weekends and im working on that!! I;m getting better but i still need work!! Its trial and error!!

walking, squat challenge, lots of water, staying within calories, watching sodium, eating every 3 hrs: breakfast, snack, dinner, snack, dinner. Going to start lifting and adding more jogging in soon!!
