Question For DVD Athletes !

Say you just finished completing T25, Tapout XT, Insanity, P90X, Chalene etc
How long did you wait before starting another round, or went on to a different set of DVDs or YouTube workouts ?

I want suggestions on how to proceed after finishing mine, even though I'm only the 2nd day in.

    A lot of the programs have recovery weeks, whether in between phases or at the end of the round. I think I've seen suggestions of one or two weeks as recovery weeks - you may do light cardio/stretching/yoga. I will go back to some of my favorite workouts for a couple weeks or a month before starting a new round or program sometimes. I think it's just up to what you feel is right.
