Hungry? Protein.

I eat more protein than I need within the 1200 calories I eat daily, and I'm pretty sure it makes a huge difference because I used to struggle to eat enough protein and always felt hungry.
Here are my top five protein packed foods:
+Baked chicken breast with a little BBQ sauce and seasoned how I like (Bake at 450 for 20 minutes, flip then add spices at 10min)
+Eggs in a million different ways, hard boiled dipped in a little salt and pepper on a plate, omelettes, scrambled, and especially scrambled and added to stir fry veggies
+Peanut butter, which may seem high calorie but I think adding it to toast instead of butter or something else is great, also add fresh berries and smash on the peanut butter'd toast
+Baked tofu with BBQ sauce and seasoned just like the chicken breast (cut into small squares, bake at 350 for 40 minutes, flipping at 20min)
+Greek yogurt, add a little bit of brown sugar and fruit, I LOVE it because it's low calorie and high protein
Please share your favorite protein sources!

Yours are good. My favorites are the ones that pop up out of the blue like chickpeas, quinoa (a grain), green peas, avocado (go figure). Bonus!
Also like a protein water called Cocotein, 20g of protein and 100cals. Kind of pricy though.
Salmon. Eggs, ditto, yum.
*EDIT* misspelled cocotein0 -
I also notice a huge difference when I eat more protein (especially for breakfast and lunch). Eggs are a definite fave, as well as chicken breast. Ground turkey mixed with pasta sauce and poured over cooked zucchini, peppers, squash, and/or mushrooms is also delicious.0

On the note of avocado, I make my guac with greek yogurt. Smash 2 avocados, immediately add lemon or lime juice and stir it up well, then I add 1/2 cup greek yogurt and whatever spices I feel like. It spreads out the calories and makes it creamier. I also stopped using olive oil because it was high calorie, so the yogurt still acts as a thick thinnign agent like the oil, if that makes any sense.0 -

Here's a link for the tofu: http://www.thekitchn.com/how-to-make-baked-tofu-743580 -
Chicken is my favorite meat. I think I would be vegetarian if I didn't like chicken. So anything with chicken is good for me.
I'm also a fan of peanut butter and Greek yogurt. I have Greek yogurt once in a while, and I am always surprised by the protein amounts.
I like vegetarian sources, such as legumes, quinoa, and sometimes tofu. I don't eat tofu all too often, but when I do eat it, I like it.
I also get protein from protein fortified cereal bars. I like South Beach Good to Go bars in chocolate or peanut butter. It has 9 grams of protein and it has B Vitamins. I am also a big fan of Quest bars, but those are breakfast. And too expensive to eat all the time.0 -

Makes perfect sense. I do the same. I'm going to make some tomorrow now that you mention it.
Trader joes makes a pretty good "reduced guilt" guac using Greek yogurt too. Their serving size is absurdly tiny, but three or four servings is still around 100-120 calories.
Avocado also has glucosamine in it which is great lube for your joints.0
