  • Welcome! I haven't read your page yet to see what your goals are but STICK WITH IT! When you start to log your food you will be able to see the benefit of using this site. I'm not too sure what your eating habits are like but I am a starving woman. I LOVE food but, I have been able to cut down my calorie intake to 1200 a day. If you need support or just someone to talk to, I will be here if you need me. We tend to do better if we have a friend in the program. Also, go to www.hungrygirl.com for great ways to help combat hunger. Tip: Foods that are high in Fiber will keep you feeling full for longer.
