Anyone know any good exercises to tone up the neck and chin area?

push ups with neck in neutral position works for me..0

on you tube, look up body flex with Greer Childers
she has an excellent one, called the lion, it looks woicked goofy but it works very well0 -
I'm pretty sure that that area gets slimmer just from body fat loss in general0

An old Richard Simmons exercise-Do the vowels with great expression/elaboration. Looking in the mirror when you do it so you can see the muscles working. I have been doing this for 15+ years when I am putting on my make-up. Looks funny to the on-looker but my neck is nice and lean looking with no wrinkles.0
