Diet and Exercise

I have noticed a lot of people either diet or exercise. This confuses me. So I have been searching around the internet to see if there is any way to do just one or either to get great results.

DO you know of anything like that?

    You will lose weight if you eat at a calorie deficit. Stick to the calories allotted, weigh & measure all your foods, and log everything. Its that easy!

    You diet to lose weight. You exercise to tone and be fit. But both at the same time is best.

    This. And also, diet needs to be more than just negative calories. Nutrition plays a huge part as our bodies are biological systems! It's important to pay attention to what you are getting and not getting from the things we eat.
