I'm new

Hi everyone, I joined MFP about 3 or 4 days ago. Mostly I'm using it to keep track of my food intake and exercise but I may come on the forums from time to time. My bathroom scales have been dodgy for some time now and I was horrified to find out my real weight. It's made me super determined to lose it once and for all. I'm already finding it easier this time around because I can clearly see how much I can eat rather than trying to stick to unrealistic diets. I'm hoping to lose weight for health in general but also I'm fed up of getting out of breath each time I walk the four flights of stairs to my flat!
