Heyy, I really need help with building muscle because I literally have none, and people are telling me not to lose any more weight because it's dangerous, But when I look at my body I find myself disgusting and It's because I'm not toned at all, I have a flabby belly and thighs, I can't go to a gym because I'm not confident enough and I only have some 3kg dumb bells. Pleasee post some youtube videos which will help me build some muscle and will lower my body fat percentage, Thank you so much xx

Tony Horton's youtube channel is a good place to start for free workouts. He has some good resistance training workouts that he posts there that will give you a good start. As for building muscle make sure you are eating at a calorie surplus. I would keep your protein intake fairly high yet though for shredding the belly fat. 40%-50% protein will help get rid of that. Here's a good place to start

Sorry dear, but 6lb. weights won't get the job done. Go to the library and check out books on weight training to educate yourself, or read some articles online. Start a progressive weight lifting program. You'll be amazed at how you can transform your body in a relatively short period of time if you lift 3x per week and eat the proper diet.0

Do a search for bodyweight exercises. you can get a pretty fair strength training workout with no equipment at all!0

I also think yoga is a good place to start toning, particularly for your core.0

I second this suggestion. And there is a fair amount of progression to keep you busy for years. For example, you can go all the way from wall push ups to 1-handed elevated push ups.0
