I've been working out for awhile at the gym, but am now starting to get serious about the calorie consumption...have my 30-year high school reunion in July and would like to love 40-50 lbs. within the next 6 months.....
I do cardo 2-3x week (I try to do intervals on treadmill), but place more emphasis on the weight machines...lifting heavy 2 sets, 12 reps, 3x weekly...supplement with protein shake.
Diet pretty much is egg white omelette, lean cusine or salad at lunch, and whatever (only less of it) for dinner...too much late night snacking though....
Open to any suggestions!

Good luck Corrine. Treat yourself to some Subway once in a while - no cheese, no condiments (maybe mustard/hot sauce if you need it). It is high in sodium, so watch out for that. I just like the idea that I am eating "fast food" event though most 6" can be made to have under 280cal!
30 year reunion? You look like you are in your 20s. Hahah, GL again!
