Hey everyone, I'm new to MyFitnessPal, and would love a friend to help keep me motivated! I'm 22, I work at a women's gym, and I'm all about health. I have one problem: eating late at night! I work out 6 days a week, and eat very healthy during the day, but come night time, it goes downhill. I have a hard time falling asleep, so I stay up late watching shows and then I get hungry. Just need to get past that, and I'm good to go!

Maybe addressing the sleep issue will help? My doc says no screen time (any sort of screen) for at least an hour before bed. And nightlights and clocks in the blue range of light are a no-no because they send wake-up signals to our brain any time we flutter our eyes at night.0

I also have this problem!! I do well all day then night comes arghh.
sometimes even find myself waking at 3 in the morning and i have to eat to go back to sleep. so annoying.0 -
Get rid of unhealthy snacks in your home/apartment. I use to do the same but now I munch on power greens and carrots.0
