Well I am just getting started and I need LOTS of motivation. I just did my 1st workout in awhile.
I plan on sticking with this so I can get in shape

  • Good luck and just keep focusing on the outcome that you desire! Make sure you also find exercise that is fun for you, there are a ton of different things out there that you can do. Enjoy!

    Hello, 1st day here, a week on trying to get back into a healthy range of living. Friend of mine gave me this tool in hopes to help me reach my goals! Looking forward to being healthy again! :happy:
