Diet tips etc?

I've been dieting and lightly exercising for maybe a month now, or close and I've lost 12.5 lbs. For breakfast I've been eating 3 slices of 25 calorie turkey bacon, 1 egg, 2 egg whites and a piece of plain toast with a cup of coffee. Surprisingly this was under 200 calories.
My first question is, is that enough?

Second, I don't have any idea what other small meals to eat during the day.I've been getting low calorie frozen dinners which are loaded with sodium and although it's working, it feels like it may not be good for me.
Otherwise, I'm eating yogurt and crackers and nature valley bars. Do any of you have any suggestions of what to eat throughout the rest of the day?

More info, I am a busy person and I don't have time to prepare many real meals so I'm looking for very simple meals or easy to microwave veggies, etc.
I'm a waitress so my schedule is so inconsistent.
I take my dog for 2-3, one mile or more fast paced walks per day as exercise and play Kinect Zumba / Dance Central.

Also, I take a Women's One A Day Active Metabolism and it makes me feel like I'm on crack half the day lol.

Starting weight was 242 and now I'm 229.5 currently losing a half pound a day.
I'm aiming for no saggy skin.

You're more than welcome to look at my diary if you want. I'm doing 1450 calories a day, and it's become quite natural now for me to hit that mark most of the time.

I take the Active Metabolism One-a-Day also. Just because it's easier for me to get my caffeine that way instead of making a cup of coffee. The pills have about the same amount of caffeine as a regular cup of coffee. So if you're also drinking coffee in the morning, or if you are sensitive to that much caffeine it's not going to sit well for you. It really doesn't do anything for actual weight loss. So if they make you feel bad, I'd go ahead and drop them and switch to regular vitamins.
  • Thanks I'll check yours out.

Have you thought about/tried making meals on a day off and freezing them? Then you just have to re-heat them during the week. There are also tons of great crockpot/slow cooker recipes where you can throw everything into it before you leave, let it cook while you're at work, then you can come home and feast.

  • I have never used a crockpot a day in my life haha. My roommate has one but I never really tried using one before.I'm sure I can prepare meals in advance. I never really considered that option before now.
