Hey everyone, I have been very involved in Team In Training for the last 4 years and would really love to support and chat with others who run for charity fundraisers. So, who else is out there?? Can't wait to meet you.

    I run a half-marathon (and a full once) for charity (Asha for Education) every year.

    I run the law enforcement Special Olympics torch run relay every year, the local hospital's pediatric center's half marathon and the American Cancer Society's annual 5k.

    Very cool also. I love hearing about some of the charity events that I've not heard of before. Were you each runners before getting involved in the charity runs or did you get into running because of the charity events??

    I was not a runner before getting involved with TNT. It's changed my life and I love being a runner. I'm now training for my 8th half marathon. I've done 4 Full marathons and plan to do my 5th next year.

    I caught the running bug in 1984. When I joined the Army. It's been a lifelong love ever since!

    Ah, the Army makes you run a ton I bet. Cool. Are any of you training for races now? Or doing any fundraising events?
