I needd ideas for breakfasts and lunchs I can prep on Sundays and eat through the week. My budget is very tight to feed a family of four (2 growing boys and my husband, myself). I would be the only ones eating the lunches bur all 4 of us will be eating the breakfasts. To top all of this off my oven doesn't work right now, so I have a microwave, crockpot and stove top.

Thanks in advance for the suggestions!

I like to make big batches of soups, stews, and chili, then freeze them in individual portions to bring for my lunches. I also like to do leftovers for lunches....keep some tortillas and lettuce on hand and you can make different leftover wraps. You can cook dried beans in the crock pot for soups and chili, its cheaper to buy dried and have no added sodium, spaghetti sauce in a big batch to freeze for future meals, lasagne made with layers of veggie slices like zucchini or kale leaves instead of noodles.......Hope that helps a bit!
For breakfasts we usually do toast and fruit, cereal and fruit, or one egg veggie and cheese omelets.
