Exercise help

I've recently purchased a treadmill but that cannot be delivered for 2 weeks. I do a lot of walking, and I'm using the wii until the treadmill comes. Can anybody suggest any good workouts on the wii? Or home workouts that don't require weights ect. Thank you

Could continue walking or try running outside. You may prefer it to your shiny new treadmill hahah. It would definitely come in handy during bad weather though!

Haha. Sure you are. Everybody is. Just read an excerpt from "ThickMcRunFast's" awesome post:

"Are you human? Then you are built to be a runner. You may not enjoy running, and that’s fine. Running may not fit into your fitness/aesthetic goals. That’s cool too. You may have an injury that precludes you from running, and if so that sucks and I’m sorry. But from a physiological standpoint, running is your jam. It’s your hunting strategy. Its how we survived as a species. You’re built to be a runner. Your Achilles tendon says so."

As far as other workouts, I believe youtube is your friend. There's all kinds of stuff out there. Zumba, if you like dancing, etc. Have you bought any games for your wii? I thought there were a lot of active games available - I don't have one so I may be making stuff up

I started this challenge last month, was doing it before breakfast. It involves no weights or equipment.
The only reason I stopped at day 23 was I started waking up with hypoglycaemia (I'm type 1 diabetic, just needed to adjust my regimen a bit) managing it took up the time I'd been exercising in.

Anyway - a useful site to me
