feeling confused

On my Fitness pal i have been following the calorie intake. I seem to be gaining and not losing.

I do zumba fitness three times a week- toning exercises every day.

I am 56 5" 5" and i weigh 189lbs. I lost 2 stone up to April of this year but nothing will shift.since then i have put on half a stone

Do i included the exercise calories used ?

Just do not know what i am doing wrong at the moment

    If you want help on the forums, it is best if you open up your diary so people can see what you are doing.

    Can you give soe further info? Height, weight, goal, what are your calories for the day, do you weigh everything you eat/drink, how do you estmate your exercise calories, and do you eat those calories back?
