Need Motivation/encouragement

Hello!
I use to LOVE running… was never very fast but loved it. I recently ‘got over’ an injury in my hip. (Nothing major… Just Bursitis.) Anyways, I need to get back to running/working out! I’m having a hard time after not doing it for 3 mths. As sad as it may sound, I need some people to help motivate and encourage me! Would love some up beat people to friend request me and keep me on my toes!

Hi there...
I have a long history and a love-hate relationship with running. Right now thankfully, love is winning and I'm running every second day 5-8 kilometers...
Taking any time off this sport for any reason sucks, because it's SO hard to get back into - and it's like having withdrawal from the endorphins running allows you. It's no fun to stop and it's no fun to start again...
But you know it will be once again...
You just need to take that 1st step. And the second step. And the third. Maybe a few more. And before you know it, you'll be there.
I have faith in you. (I've only been re-running again for a few months... If I can do it, you can do it!)0
