Hi everyone,
I just thought i would let you all see my progress pics so far. I lost 2 stones and 6lbs so far and can deffinetly see a big difference. I suffer from a rare metabolic condition which affects my weight and this makes it extremely difficult to lose or even just maintain weight. All of my life i have been overweight, and only in the last 2 or 3 years i have managed to lose alot of the weight.
I underwent major surgery on my legs 4 years ago and gained over 2 stone after managing to lose it a couple of years before so this was my motivation for getting back on the weight loss journey again.

In January 2011 i weighed in at 12 stones and 8 lbs this was the light bulb moment for me as only 3 or 4 years before this i had managed to lose around 1 and a half stone so to have put it all back on upset me quite a bit and made me really angry.

Now in August 2014 i weigh in at 10 stone and 2lbs. My main target is 10 stone (hopefully just under it as i have never been under 10 stone since i was a toddler lol).

But im deffinetly on the right path with only a matter of a couple of lbs to go.

I had to Google how much a stone is (we don't use this measurement on the other side of the pond), but you look fabulous!

Takes a while hun.alot of ups and downs but perseverance is the key.
You will get times where you might put on 3/4 lbs and then weeks where you
might lose 4/5 lbs.Deffinetly isnt easy. But as long as you stick to exercise and eat the right amount
then you should see results in no time :)
