i'm looking through my notes to myself, and i find that if i eat less than 10 grams of carbs 2 meals in a row i get very dizzy and light headed. i don't recommend sugar, as i see a much higher increase in my blood sugar from sugar vs other carbs - a half piece of toast or 1/4 cup of oatmeal made in water would be lower carb suggestions that are still complex carbs.0

You shouldn't feel starving unless you wake up to it from like a good night sleep. Eat small things throughout the day. If you starve yourself you will get dizzy. I always eat small portions so my stomach doesn't get that starving feeling and throughout the day my calories is low, no dizzy, small stomach, exercise a lot, it is working. Look at me.0

A bit of an update for those who may be interested...
This weekend, I have slacked a bit on my "diet" as to try and find out the cause.
I had a bit more carbs and a couple of sugary drinks on Friday and Saturday and by Sunday morning I was feeling A LOT better.
My overall calories stayed the same so I am guessing it was my body just adjusting to the drastic change, either that or I'm diabetic (hope not)
It's a lesson learned.
So, I'm starting over today and I am taking the "easing into things" approach.
I am going to GRADUALLY lower my sugar intake and eat more healthy carbs and see how I go.
When I look back at my diet from the last fortnight all I basically ate amounted to water, so no wonder my body crashed haha.
Just thought I'd update you0
