What is on your fitness Bucket List?

Mine are (not in any order):
- Thru-hike the Appalachian Trail.
- Mountain Bike the new 480 mile Virginia mountain bike trail (not named yet).
- Complete an Ironman.
- Bike across the country.

    Interesting question.

I don't have a list of things to do before I die but I do have fitness goals I am trying to achieve eg
    -hold a planche
    mqdefault.jpg
-3x BW deadlift (probably a pie in the sky goal)

    Run the sub 3-hour marathon!

I am going for 3:15 on a hilly course in a couple months; from there I hope to enter the sub-elite times and maybe score an elite bib sometime in the future.

Do well at the Boston Marathon in April (Not sure if this is the course to do it on, but maybe a 3:05?)
    Run a sub- 18 min 5k
    Do an Ultramarathon

    - complete a 5K (starting training this week)
    - complete a sprint triathlon (next year)
    - bike 75 miles (I once did that when I was in really good shape)
    - complete a 10K

(my bucket list is much less ambitious than some…maybe some day I'll really set that bar high!)

Run a 5k, I can walk them without a problem, but I want to run one.
    Run a 10k, I haven't even walked one.

I've toyed with the idea of a half being a goal, but I don't know if it'd happen :)

    Complete a 5K (This year)
Complete a Marathon (3 Years. I promised my niece I would with her when she graduated HS.)

Oklahoma City - Rock Climbing gym: Be able to climb their walls.
This is also one of my rewards once I get to my goal weight. I do not want to have to climb with the weight I am now.

I want to do the national 3 peaks at some point in my lifetime. I'm trying to get a team together for next year. I'd also like to do Everest. Being in control of a sled dog team is apparently pretty physical too - I'd like to do that over some distance sometime.

Cycling a stage of the TdF would be fun too.

I have plenty of short term goals, such as cycle 100mi in one event, snatch 40kg, C&J 50kg, but they are constantly moving and not really bucket list material.

-Be able to complete a 10k
-Be able to squat my body weight
-Be able to complete push-ups and pull-ups unassisted
-Become more outdoorsy. I want to be able to backpack, kayak and rock climb. Preferably with a partner who likes to do those things too!

    - To do a race (at least a half marathon) in each state.
    - To run more trail races (did my first trail race, 23K, over the weekend and love it!)
    - Try kayaking
    - To do another Tough Mudder, but be able to do more of the obstacles
    - Backpack along parts the Continental Trail

Basically my Bucket List is to be able to run, hike, and backpack well into my retirement years!

Since I'm new to the being healthy thing and compared to most of you I'm pretty damn old my list is a bit more reserved.
I'd like to complete a Spartan run, Warrior run, or Tough Mudder and maybe do a 5k if my knee will survive it, there are new knees in my future it just is a matter of when. I'd like to get back into skydiving and maybe do a little scuba.
