Hi there, I did Atkins for over a year and lost 50 lbs, have crashed and burned, and now rather than restart Atkins as I get sick from the no carb/low carb (shakes, fever etc) I want to do low fat...........will this app help me achieve this?

Short answer, yes....it helps you track your macro nutrients and stay on top of your intake. Don't subscribe to fad diets...you need healthy balance of lean protein, low glycemic carbs, and healthy fats in the right portions and frequency. Hang in there!0

You don't need to do low fat/ low carb etc to lose weight

I did Atkins as well, and while it is effective its no way to live your life. It is too hard to stay on that kind of diet for life so do what all the others are saying and just do a simple calorie restriction diet. I lost all my weight so far that way. Its a little slower then Atkins, but a million times easier to stay on.0
