Hey All! I'm currently 208 at the age of 18 and the height of 5'6(1/2) and my goal is to lose two pounds a week until I get down to around 125. My weight has slowly fluctuated upwards over the years, and in this past year I gained an extra 28 pounds on top of the 180 I already weighed/ was maintaining. So now I want to lose weight, look good and be healthy permanently and thought here would be the best place to start. Any tips or friends would be awesome :DDDD

Losing the weight is gonna be hard, but if you stick to your calorie deficit and slowly eliminate all the empty calories out of your diet you can ease yourself into a new way of eating for life. Just don't try and go cold turkey. Eat what you want at first but stay under your calorie goal. Add some exercise in each day, doesn't have to be hard at first. Take a half hour walk each day and then bump it up to 60 minutes after a week or two. Once you drop the first 10 or 20 pounds you can add in some weight training or cardio a few times a week. Before you know it you will be exercising like a madman.

You may also want to look into getting a Fitbit. Keeps you motivated to get moving each day.
