I have the Zip and love it! Just bought a new one...apparently my FitBit took exception to being washed and dried! lol I really missed not knowing exactly how many steps I was taking each day! Not sure how to add anyone to my friends on Fitbit though. My info is //www.fitbit.com/user/246T9V0

Someone told me it doesn't log if you're doing other exercise than running or walking. For example will it log when I'm on the elliptical or doing prisoner squats etc. also, does it double as an HRM?0

The fitbit I have does not double as HRM. It does take steps on the elliptical, but probably not very accurate. it is just on how many steps you take. I used mine on the stair stepper and it didn't account for every step.0 -
